"They are pretty responsive and friendly upfront. They even quoted me better than the insurance company ($ for $/ coverage for coverage) I was with for years. So, I switched. However, 2 months later, after solidifying my business, and running out the clock with my old insurance company, they dropped a $200 bomb on me. They upped my base insurance to what was quoted with an uber endorsement.

When I mentioned this, they tried to hem and haw. When I asked for a review, they just used EVERY excuse in the book.

Now, essentially, I'm stuck with them or returning to my old insurance company but losing ALL the benefits I had & paying an equivalent amount.

When I asked for them to have underwriting re-review it, the guy said he had no incentive to because he collects less. Beware these people. Absolute scam artists."
