"I've had several disappointing experiences with this Agents office. The office staff's follow-through and policy knowledge are lacking. On two occasions I was given incorrect information which led to confusion and unnecessary complications. The office staff's customer service was far from professional and correcting them took an excessive amount of time and effort on my part. Chasing and agent's staff to get things done is not what I expect from a professional insurance agent. Overall, I would not recommend Agency to anyone. The experience was stressful and disappointing, and I felt like my concerns and needs were not taken seriously. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive insurance agent, I suggest looking elsewhere."
